Our Personal Training (where we come to you) can be 1 to 1 or small groups of up to 4 people, however we can also accommodated for larger groups within your area.
Our local group training sessions are held in the Revesby area directly off the M5 and accommodate Revesby, Revesby Heights, Panania, Padstow, Padstow Heights, Picnic Point & Milperra areas (sydney south west).
However we have group session clients who come all the way from Earlwood, Hurstville,Wattle Grove and Prestons

We will design fitness Solution specifically for you which can be provided, at your home or an outdoor location near you so that it’s convenient to you
All fitness solutions include a warm up; conditioning and core phase; and cool down stretch. We will teach you how to do each exercise the correct way and taking into consideration your posture and alignment to get the best possible outcome and without injury.
All equipment is provided for groups and one-on-one sessions.(Participants must bring a towel and a bottle of water to every session)
We offer various fitness programs to suit all ages and genders. We will take the time to understand your goals, get to know you, and then determine how we can most effectively help you to achieve what you want. This could be weight loss, becoming more toned, training for a sport, just getting starting or simply to improve your fitness level.
We will work with you at your level, whilst encouraging you to improve one step at a time.You may be a beginner working at a moderate pace or you may be more experienced and pushing yourself to the max!
All clients must complete a pre-exercise questionnaire prior to the commencement of any fitness solution. This will help to assess your current fitness levels, any special medical requirements and the appropriate method of training to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
It is highly recommended that you have clearance from your medical professional before commencing.
We can also offer complete postural assessment.
